Clapper “justified” in breaking TOR

James Clapper claims that the NSA is justified in breaking TOR, as their adversaries were using it (by that rational, they are also paying taxes, using cars etc. Not sure it justifies invading peoples right to privacy). It would outwardly appear however, that their success thus far has been limited. “Manual” interception, which I would take to mean having an individuals communications intercepted in person by an NSA operative, rather than in automated fashion seems to be the order of the day. Little doubt they will sort this one out, and then we, the public will be left with nowhere to hide
